What's Next?
As we head into spring, we’ve been doing a lot of thoughtful planning about what the next season looks like at The Glen Theater. Over the past few months, we’ve focused on creating a lineup that is fun, familiar, and designed to bring our whole community together. This spring you’ll see a mix of family favorites, 80s and 90s throwbacks, special date night films, and high-energy sing-along events — movies that are meant to be experienced with a crowd.
Running a small, independent theater in a town like ours takes intention and support. Every ticket purchased, every bucket of popcorn shared, and every show you bring a friend to makes a real difference. Unlike big chain theaters, we rely entirely on our community to keep the lights on, the popcorn popping, and the screen glowing.
We are committed to keeping The Glen Theater a place where families make memories, couples enjoy a night out, and friends gather for something different. If you’ve been meaning to come back, this is the season to do it. If you’ve never been, we would love to welcome you. When you choose to spend an evening here, you’re not just watching a movie — you’re investing in a local gathering place that belongs to all of us.

A Little Glitch in the Script (But the Show Goes On!)
To our wonderful Glen Theater community,
As many of you know, we’ve been navigating some persistent "technical difficulties" with our main projector. While we are working behind the scenes on the long-term future of the theater, we aren’t ready to let the screen go dark just yet.
We’ve decided to pivot! While we wait for a more permanent fix, we are making the move to a "Classic Cinema" format. We will be hosting special screenings of beloved classics available on Blu-ray. It’s a chance to see your favorite films the way they were meant to be seen—on the big screen with a tub of fresh popcorn in your lap.

This Spring we are bringing back some of the best musical classics during the last week of the month. While you are welcome to sing along at any show our Sunday Matinee we encourage everyone to sing along loud and proud. So dig out your poodle skirts and leather jackets, and come sing along with Rydell High's favorite characters!
